## What is Animeblip?

Animeblip is an AI production agent. You direct in plain language. A crew of seven specialised agents does the craft, and every step returns to you as a card you can approve, edit or send back. Nothing renders that you did not ask for.

**Who it is for.** Creators, studios, agencies and brands that need finished animation without a traditional pipeline. No animation experience is required.

**What you can make.** Micro-drama (vertical episodic series), original series, brand campaigns, ads, social cuts and sports IP.

## Getting started

A first project takes six steps from brief to final cut. A short film is a matter of hours, and most of that is render time.

1. **Sign in.** Sign in with Google. A new account receives a one-time trial pack of 25 credits.
2. **Start a story.** Give the crew a brief: a line, a paragraph or a full script. Choose the aspect ratio and language before you start.
3. **Review the screenplay.** The scriptwriter returns scenes, beats and dialogue as a card in the chat. Ask for changes in plain language, or edit a single scene by number.
4. **Approve the cast.** Characters, locations and props receive reference images. Regenerate any of them, upload your own, and assign a voice to each character.
5. **Shoot the scenes.** Scene images come first, then video. With Video review set to Always ask, each video waits for your confirmation before it renders.
6. **Get the final cut.** Add music, then ask for the final video. Every scene is stitched into one MP4 at full HD in your chosen ratio.

## The studio

The studio is one board with six sections. On desktop they sit side by side; on a phone the bottom bar switches between them. A guided tour runs the first time you open a story and can be replayed from Settings.

| Section | What it is |
| --- | --- |
| Chat | Where you direct. Briefs, notes and questions go here; the crew answers with cards you can act on. |
| Storyboard | Every scene as a card with its image, its video and its prompt. Drag assets in, reorder, delete. |
| Characters | The cast of the story, with reference sheets and voices. |
| Elements | Locations and props. Reference data the crew reuses so a place looks the same in every shot. |
| Timeline | Scenes in order with a preview player. Trim, reorder and play through the story before the final cut. |
| Assets | Everything generated or uploaded, plus a freeform generator for images and video outside any scene. |

Anything that needs a decision arrives in the chat as a card: a screenplay, a set of shot images, a video confirmation, or a question with options. Answer it and the crew carries on. A feedback card lets you send a note to the Animeblip team without leaving the story.

## The crew

The crew is seven agents with one job each. Their names appear on the cards they produce.

| Agent | Role | Job |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Vega | Creative Director | Reads the brief, sets the creative direction and keeps every department on it. |
| Tala | Producer | Runs the schedule. Batches the work so steps run in parallel rather than one after another. |
| Quill | Scriptwriter | Writes the screenplay: scenes, beats and dialogue. Handles targeted and structural edits. |
| Indi | Character Designer | Designs the cast. Character sheets and reference images that stay on-model. |
| Mira | Art Director | Composes, lights and grades every frame in the locked art style. |
| Pax | Animation Director | Turns frames into motion: camera, performance and timing. |
| Echo | Sound Designer | Voices, dialogue and the score, then the final composition. |

## Story settings

Story settings are set per story from the storyboard.

- **Aspect ratio.** 9:16 portrait, 16:9 landscape or 1:1 square. Set once per story; individual shots can be resized later.
- **Language.** 15 languages: English, Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Portuguese, Indonesian, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese and Arabic. Dialogue and voices follow it.
- **Video review.** Always ask: every video waits for a confirmation card where you can edit the prompt, duration, resolution and references. Auto: videos render as soon as the image is approved.
- **Image.** The image model and resolution the art director uses for scene images.
- **Video.** The video model and resolution the animation director uses. Draft low, finish high.
- **Workflow.** Storyboard grid: a 2×2 multi-panel composite is the first frame and the video goes full screen after the first cut. Reference: shots are driven by character and element references, no scene image needed.
- **Audio.** Whether generated video carries its own audio track.

## Characters and elements

A character is an asset, not a prompt. Once a face, build and wardrobe are locked in a character sheet, every later shot references that sheet instead of describing the character again.

**Characters.** Add a character with a name and a description, then upload a reference image or generate one in the story's style. The crew can also create the cast from the screenplay on its own. Each character gets a voice from the library, filtered by age and gender, or a cloned voice from a sample, and keeps it across every scene. Removing a character takes it out of the story without deleting its images.

**Elements.** Locations and props work the same way: a name, an optional description, a reference image. Leave the description empty and the crew fills it in from the story. The Reference workflow builds shots directly from these references.

**Art style.** Choose a style from the picker in the assets panel. Every image the crew generates for the story follows it.

## Video and the final cut

Scene images come first. Once a scene image is approved it becomes the first frame of that scene's video. With Video review set to Always ask, a confirmation card shows the motion prompt, aspect ratio, duration, resolution and references, all editable, before anything renders.

Scene videos land on their cards and in the timeline, where you can trim, reorder and play through the story. Ask for music and the sound designer writes an original track. Ask for the final video and every scene is stitched with the score into one MP4 at full HD: 1920×1080 landscape, 1080×1920 portrait or 1080×1080 square. Upscale the cut to 4K when it is final.

Free accounts export with a watermark. Every paid plan exports clean, with a commercial-use licence.

**Freeform generation.** The generator in the assets panel makes images and video outside any scene. Pick the model, references, duration, resolution, aspect ratio and audio, then drag the result onto a scene or into the prompt box.

## Tools

Fifteen tools, all inside the same board. Each opens from the Tools menu or by asking for it in the chat.

### Image

| Tool | What it does | How to use it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Character models | Generate character sheets for a consistent look you can reuse in any generation. Lock a face, a build and a wardrobe once. | Characters panel, or ask the character designer in the chat. |
| Inpainting | Paint out what you do not want, or paint in what you do. The rest of the frame holds. | Select a region on any image and describe the change. |
| Sketches to life | Hand it a rough sketch and get the finished frame back in the style you locked. | Upload the sketch as a reference and ask for the frame. |
| Relight | Move the key light after the shot exists. Same frame, different hour of the day. | Ask for the lighting change on a scene image. |
| Reangle | Ask for the same moment from another angle. The set and the cast stay where they were. | Describe the new camera position on a scene image. |
| Colour grading | Adjust colour, contrast and exposure to set the mood and keep every shot visually consistent. | Grade a single shot, or apply a look to the whole story. |
| Resize the frame | Open a shot out past its edges for another aspect ratio. | Choose the target ratio on any image. |

### Video

| Tool | What it does | How to use it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Motion control | Use a reference video to guide your character's movement, gestures and performance. | Add a reference video on the video confirmation card. |
| Frames to video | Give it a first and last frame and it inbetweens the motion between them. | Freeform generator, with a start and an end frame. |
| Extend a video | Carry a finished take further without re-rolling the part you liked. | Ask to extend any scene video. |
| Video object replacement | Replace a person or object while preserving the shot's motion, lighting and composition. | Name what to swap and what to swap it with. |
| Upscale | Draft at 480p for speed, then finish only the shots you keep at 4K. | Upscale a scene video or the final cut. |

### Audio

| Tool | What it does | How to use it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Voice & dialogue | Set a voice profile per character and keep dialogue consistent across every scene. | Voice picker on each character, filtered by age and gender. |
| Voice cloning | Clone a voice once and keep the same performer across the whole series. | Upload a sample on the character's voice picker. |
| Lip sync | Characters speak their lines on screen, with mouth movement matched to the dialogue. | Scene videos with dialogue. |
| AI music generator | An original track written to the length and the beat of the story. | Ask the sound designer for music, with a mood if you have one. |

## Models

Animeblip runs the leading image, video and audio models under one crew. The crew picks a model per shot, and you can override it in Story settings or in the freeform generator.

- **Video:** Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2, Google Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, MiniMax H3, Wan 3.0, Vidu Q3
- **Image:** Seedream 5, Nano Banana Pro, GPT Image 2, Grok Imagine 2.0, FLUX 2
- **Audio:** ElevenLabs v3

Resolutions run from 480p drafts to 1080p for video and up to 4K for stills, depending on the model. New models are added as they ship.

## Credits and plans

Credits are what a generation costs. Images are charged per image, video per second, speech per 100 characters and music per track. The cost depends on the model and the resolution, and the studio shows it before a generation runs.

| Plan | Credits | Roughly | Parallel |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Free | 25 trial credits, once | Watermarked exports | |
| Standard | 1,900 credits a month | About 380 images or 190 s of video | 5 concurrent jobs |
| Pro | 4,300 credits a month | About 860 images or 430 s of video | 10 concurrent jobs |
| Director | 12,000 credits a month | About 2,400 images or 1,200 s of video | 20 concurrent jobs |
| Studio | 42,000 credits a month | About 8,400 images or 4,200 s of video | 40 concurrent jobs |

Monthly credits reset with each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up packs are a one-time purchase on any paid plan, stack on top of the monthly allowance and never expire. Plans bill monthly or yearly, by card or UPI, and can be changed or cancelled from Settings.

## Use it from an agent (MCP)

Animeblip runs as an MCP server, so Claude or any agent that speaks the Model Context Protocol can drive the studio without a browser in the loop.

1. **Create a key.** In the studio, open the MCP page and create an API key. Copy the connector URL it gives you.
2. **Connect your agent.** Add the connector URL to Claude, or export the key for a CLI agent.
3. **Give it a brief.** A story idea or a full script. The agent runs it through the crew exactly as you would in the chat.
4. **Approve in the studio.** Review the scenes in the editor and approve the final cut. Everything the agent makes is in your account.

A key has full access to your account and spends your credits. Treat it like a password.

## Account

Settings holds your plan, invoices and credit packs, a replay of the product walkthrough, and a feedback form. Your scripts, characters, styles and finished cuts are yours. Deleting a character or a scene marks it inactive; nothing you generated is destroyed.

## Frequently asked questions

**Do I need animation experience to use Animeblip?** No. You write the brief; the crew does the craft. Quill turns it into a screenplay, Indi designs the cast, Mira frames each shot, Pax animates and Echo scores it. You review and redirect at any point, in plain language.

**How does character consistency work?** A character is an asset, not a prompt. Once you lock a face, build and wardrobe, every later shot references that asset instead of describing the character again, which is why the same person appears in the first scene and in the last.

**What is a credit, and how far does one plan go?** Credits are what a generation costs, and different models cost different amounts. Standard includes 1,900 credits a month, Pro 4,300, Director 12,000 and Studio 42,000. Paid plans can buy one-off top-up packs on top of that.

**Which models can I use?** Seedance, Google Veo, Kling, MiniMax, Wan, Vidu and Grok Imagine for video; Seedream, Nano Banana, GPT Image and FLUX for stills; ElevenLabs for voice. The crew picks per shot, and you can override it.

**Can I use it from Claude or another agent?** Yes. Animeblip runs as an MCP server, so an agent can drive the studio directly, with the same crew and the same locked style.

**Do I own what I make?** Yes. Your scripts, characters, styles and finished cuts are yours. Paid plans render without a watermark.

**How long does a project take?** Steps run in parallel rather than one after another, so a short film is a matter of hours rather than weeks. The exact time depends on shot count, resolution and how much you revise.

**What can I make with it?** Micro-drama, original series, sports IP, brand campaigns, social cuts and ads. NFL Africa and Foot Locker are among the brands Animeblip has worked with.
