Animeblip does not trade or lease your underlying inputs or personal identities to programmatic marketing houses. Your data passes exclusively to the following entities:

• Payment Processing Channels: Financial details are shared directly with Razorpay Software Private Limited to manage card verification, process recurring billing loops, and handle international settlement pathways.
• Cloud Infrastructure Partners: Secure data packets pass through our enterprise cloud architecture clusters and high-performance GPU provisioning nodes (such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or related specialized AI infrastructure networks) to run generation tasks.
• Legal Enforcement Mandates: We will share profile metrics if required to comply with an active judicial subpoena or regulatory request issued by a competent legal authority inside the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Product Analytics Processors: We use Microsoft Clarity and PostHog to understand how visitors use our website and studio (page interactions, session replays, aggregated usage patterns) so we can improve the product experience.

Cookies & Attribution: In addition to the cookies set by the analytics processors above, we set two first-party cookies on the animeblip.com domain, both expiring after 90 days. ab_attr stores a randomly generated anonymous visitor identifier together with the campaign parameters of your first visit (UTM tags, referral source, and the page you landed on), and is never overwritten. ab_last stores the campaign parameters and referring website of your most recent visit, and is updated each time you return through a campaign link. Animeblip relies on high-performance cloud clusters located worldwide to perform intense AI video generation tasks. By utilizing our self-serve or enterprise environments, you explicitly consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your creative assets and identity markers across international data protection zones, including transfers from the US/EU into India and vice versa.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion Parameters

• Retention Windows: We retain personal identity details, wallet statements, and rendering telemetry records as long as your account profile remains active to maintain operational continuity.
• Dormancy Purge Protocols: For canceled, free, or dormant self-serve accounts, Animeblip reserves the right to permanently purge cached input images, prompt histories, and generation files after 90 days of inactivity to manage server capacity.
• Data Erasure Rights: Users can request the removal of their personal registration profiles by emailing hey@animeblip.com. We will execute data purges within legal compliance guidelines, except where we must retain transaction records for financial audit requirements.
